Chef Niven is the embodiment of the farm to table movement. Residing on his farm, Rancho Patel, Chef Niven delivers his produce to the restaurants and curates a menu that compliments his hand-picked ingredients. Alpareno focuses on sourcing from local farms and building personal relationships with the farmers and purveyors gaining access to limited seasonal ingredients. With 4 restaurant concepts, including the nationally acclaimed, Ghee Indian Kitchen, Alpareno has become a well-respected restaurant group in South Florida.
