Alpareno Restaurant Group, a partnership with Nolan Reynolds International, marries culinary innovation and operational excellence led by Chef Niven Patel and Mohamed Alkassar. Having seen tremendous success launching Mamey at THesis Hotel, they set out to create a vision for many years to come. Alpareno emphasizes the importance of putting an equal amount of effort in ensuring we enhance the lives of our patrons, the communities in which we serve, local farmers, and our team.
Chef Niven is the embodiment of the farm to table movement. Residing on his farm, Rancho Patel, Chef Niven delivers his produce to the restaurants and curates a menu that compliments his hand-picked ingredients. Alpareno focuses on sourcing from local farms and building personal relationships with the farmers and purveyors gaining access to limited seasonal ingredients. With 4 restaurant concepts, including the nationally acclaimed, Ghee Indian Kitchen, Alpareno has become a well-respected restaurant group in South Florida.
